GENERAL INFORMATION

Our check in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, check out time is before 11:00 am, If the room is available earlier, we will be happy to allow you to check in earlier, however we cannot guarantee this. If you will be arriving around evening time, please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements for your arrival. To check in, you must be 21 years of age or older and have a credit card to hold your room.

• Rooms and rates are double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
• Additional $35 extra per night per person in rooms that can accommodate more than two guests will apply.
• On special occasions and holidays, a 3 night minimum is required.
• Lost key require a replacement charge of $25.00

• The Casablanca Hotel does not provide onsite parking.
• Parking in Key West, especially in Old Town is limited and can be expensive. Due to our excellent Duval Street location, a car is not necessary while you are here. If you are able to turn in your rental car for the days that you are staying on Key West, renting it just One-Way, it may save you money.
• Should you wish the convenience of parking on Duval Street, there is metered parking and the cost is presently $4.00 per hour 8:00 am to midnight. Free from midnight until 8:00 am. There are additional nearby paid parking lots and some of the neighboring side streets offer free on street parking.
• Whatever parking arrangements you should choose, there is a loading zone directly in front of the property for check in and unloading of your luggage.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations cancelled inside 14 days a one night penalty will occur, Special events and holidays cancellation policy 30 day prior to arrival.

Hurricane Season Cancellation Policy: We do not refund for inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If an evacuation order is placed within 24 hours of your arrival date or during your visit, you will receive a voucher for a future stay equal to the unused portion, redeemable between June 1 and November 30 of the following two years, excluding holidays and special events. If no evacuation order is in effect, but you choose not to use your reservation, our standard cancellation policy applies.

No refunds for early departures once a guest has checked into the Hotel.

To better accommodate future and current guests, smoking is not allowed in our rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur in their room. However smoking is permitted on the outside porch areas.

If you reserved through a third party such as Booking.com or any of their affiliates any changes to your booking must be made directly with them.  Any changes or cancellations to third party or their affiliates must be cancelled with the same third party the reservation was originally booked through. Refunds if due cannot be processed until we receive a cancellation notice from the applicable company.

In the event you are a No Show on your scheduled arrival day the deposit paid will be applied to the first night of the reservation and any applicable cancellation fees. Reservation will be cancelled automatically at 8:00 am the following morning unless we hear from you. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
